Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. Appointment Changes: If you need to change your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred rescheduled time. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee. This fee will be 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost. We kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we encourage you to do so at the earliest convenience. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will work with you to find an alternative appointment time. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It allows us to better serve all of our valued clients and ensures that our stylists' time is respected.
